Last Thursday i had a zoom meeting with friends in the United States. When one person asked a question i felt a strange energy coming up. When i answered i sensed something came into my head and i got severe headaches. They grew stronger and stronger. I did not know how to treat it. When the moderator asked me how i feel, i shared the headaches. He asked how to help, maybe breathe more? I said, no, this would not help. Then i had the idea of Command Clearspace. I suggested to the others to repeat it aloud, going through all planes, each 3 times: subquantum, quantum, dark energy, dark matter, mental, astral-emotional, etheric-energetic, plasma and physical. So we did, everyone joined in. After that the headaches were reduced significantly, not at zero, but from 10 to 3. Thank you Light Forces.
