Meditation to heal the damage caused by the earthquake in Afghanistan

On Sunday, August 31st at 11:47 pm local time, a magnitude 6.0 earthquake struck eastern Afghanistan near the Pakistan border. It was a shallow quake with a depth of 8km, making it particularly destructive. The quake was followed by multiple aftershocks, including a 4.5-magnitude and two 5.2-magnitude events. There were 800 casualties initially reported; the number has now climbed to over 1,400, with more than 3,200 injured. The toll could rise further as rescue operations continue.
