Meditation to heal the damage caused by the earthquake in Indonesia

On August 15th at 5:58 am local time, a magnitude 7.7 earthquake with a depth of about 10 km struck off the northern coast of Flores Island in Indonesia.

By August 16th, at least 53 deaths had been confirmed, and at least 100 people were injured.

Also, there are over 900 homes severeelt damaged, along with dozens of schools, health facilities, and government buildings.

Search-and-rescue teams continue looking for possible additional victims, including those who may be trapped under rubble or affected by landslides in more remote areas.

There have been more than 680 aftershocks with magnitudes ranging from 1.9 to 6.2, including 16 with a magnitude greater than 5.0. The local authority expects there will be more aftershocks for the next two or three weeks.

Therefore, we suggest the following meditation to provide energetic support to Indonesia, so that the emergency situations caused by this earthquake and its aftermath can be healed and resolved as quickly as possible.

We will do this meditation every 4 hours in the next 3 days at the following times:

Instructions (The suggested duration of this meditation is 15 minutes)

1. Use your own technique to bring you to a relaxed state of consciousness.

2. State your intent to use this meditation as a tool to bring peace, healing, and harmony to the people and region affected by the earthquake in Indonesia, so that the situation can be resolved in the best possible way.

3. Invoke the Violet Flame and Emerald Ray from their primary source to place a circle of protection around you during and after the meditation. Ask them to transmute anything that does not serve the Light.

4. Visualize a pillar of pink Light, emanating from the Galactic Central Sun and then descending down through your body and deep into the center of the Earth.

5. Visualize this Light flowing through your heart and then through your hands, directly to everybody affected by the earthquake in Indonesia, harmonizing everyone and bringing peace and healing to the people and the region in the best possible way. Visualize the individuals and animals who are still trapped being rescued. Let the pink Light then flow onward, healing all other conflicts worldwide.

6. Ask the Goddess presence (the Divine Feminine) to direct energies of peace and harmony to the people and region affected by the earthquake in Indonesia. Visualize the affected areas being healed and rebuilt, and the communities returning to their normal life as quickly as possible, resulting in lasting peace in Indonesia.

7. Let these energies then flow onward and heal all other conflicts worldwide. Allow these energies to continue to flow through your heart and then through your hands into these situations for a few minutes.

Goddess wants peace, and peace it shall be!
