Eruption of Shinmoe-dake volcano in Japan

Shinmoe-dake is a volcano in Kagoshima Prefecture in Japan, and is a part of the Mount Kirishima cluster of volcanoes.

It erupted again early Wednesday, marking its first such outburst in about six years.

The Meteorological Agency raised the warning level for a volcanic eruption to Level 3, and warned the volcano might grow more active.
Please include this in the daily Natural Disasters meditation if you feel so guided.
