Urgent meditation for de-escalation between Russia, Ukraine and NATO every 4 hours
We have been doing a meditation for peace between Russia, Ukraine and NATO every 4 hours since the conflict began in 2022.
Recently, the situation has deteriorated.
Ukraine and NATO have been attacking the Nuclear Missile Warning Radar that Russia established to detect intercontinental ballistic missile launches and provide a response window to Russia.
At the same time, NATO and the USA continue to escalate the situation. They are supplying Ukraine with the F-16 aircraft, which is nuclear-capable.
Russia perceives this action as a deliberate signal in the nuclear sphere. They tried to warn the US and NATO of nuclear consequences if they continued on the path they wee on against Russia.
Furthermore, the US has permitted Ukraine to use U.S.-supplied weapons to attack interior Russia.
Although the permission is supposedly limited to a small piece of Russia’s Belgorod Region relevant to hostilities across the border in Ukraine’s Kharkov Region, the attack drones strike targets in Tatarstan which is 1,200 km away from Ukraine.
Also, the German Parliament asked to activate 900,000 Military Reservists for war with Russia.
On June 3rd, Russia warned the United States against miscalculations that could have fatal consequences. They also call on the United States to take Russian warnings with the utmost seriousness.
Russia also warned Ukraine that the attacks on the Russian missile attack warning systems will be stopped, and the response may be asymmetrical.
It is very clear that the situation between Russia and NATO has escalated again, and could potentially lead to World War 3.
Therefore, we will continue to do the meditation every 4 hours and visualize the de-escalation of the tension between Russia and NATO.

Instructions for this meditation: (Suggested time for this meditation is 15 minutes)
1. Use your own technique to bring you to a relaxed state of consciousness
2. State your intent to bring peace and healing to the situation between Russia, Ukraine and NATO.
3. Invoke the Violet Flame from its primary source to place a circle of protection around you during and after the meditation. Ask it to transmute anything that does not serve the Light.
4. Visualize a pillar of pink Light, emanating from the Galactic Central Sun and then descending down through your body and deep into the center of the Earth.
5. Visualize this Light flowing through your heart and then through your hands directly to everybody involved in the situations between Russia, Ukraine and NATO, harmonizing everyone and bringing peace. Let the pink Light then flow onwards, healing all other conflicts worldwide.
6. Ask the Goddess presence (the Divine Feminine) to prevent the use of any nuclear weapons in the situation between Russia, Ukraine and NATO.
7. Then, ask the Goddess presence (the Divine Feminine) to direct energies of peace and harmony to all unresolved situations between Russia, Ukraine and NATO, and everyone involved in these situations, especially protecting civilians from the military conflict in Ukraine. Let these energies then flow onwards and heal all other conflicts worldwide. Allow these energies to continue to flow through your heart and then through your hands into these situations for a few minutes.
