Flower of Life Meditation every 4 hours

The Flower of Life meditation was introduced at the beginning of August 2019 to help stabilize the situation of planetary liberation and to ensure that the process can be as smooth as possible. This meditation is reported as being effective.

Currently, a daily Flower of Life mass meditation is held at 12 PM UTC (noon).

As we are getting closer to the transition, Cobra relays that the Light Forces are still asking everybody to meditate as often as they can and as often as they feel guided, until the moment of the Compression Breakthrough, to assist in stabilizing the energy grid around the planet utilizing Flower of Life meditation:

Therefore, we are organizing a Flower of Life mass meditation every 4 hours, in addition to the current meditation at 12 PM UTC (noon). We also encourage everyone to do it as frequently as possible at any time throughout the day, until the Event.

Here are the times of the Flower of Life mass meditations in UTC time zone:

  • 12 AM (mid-night)
  • 4 AM
  • 8 AM
  • 12 PM (noon)
  • 4 PM
  • 8 PM

Instructions for the meditation:

1. Use your own technique to bring you to a relaxed state of consciousness.

2. State your intent to use this meditation as a tool to stabilize the transition on Earth and manifest the most positive Ascension timeline for all living beings.
 
3. Invoke the Violet Flame from its primary source to place a circle of protection around you during and after the meditation. Ask it to transmute anything that does not serve the Light.

4. Visualize the rainbow colored Flower of Life sphere around the Earth, expanding below the surface and also expanding all the way up to the Moon's orbit. Visualize the Flower of Life sphere assisting the planetary liberation process, clearing all darkness from the surface of the planet. Then visualize the Flower of Life sphere and Violet Flame purifying the leylines and vortices within the planetary Light grid.

5. Visualize the Flower of Life sphere creating harmony, protection and peace for humanity and all other living beings, and especially those who are holding the Light for the planet.

6. Now, visualize the rainbow colored Flower of Life sphere encompassing the Earth and elevating the vibration of the entire planet. Visualize the Flower of Life sphere manifesting harmony and the most positive Ascension timeline for all living beings.

Meanwhile, there are many other meditations that can be done every 4 hours. You can also participate in any of these meditations at any interval as you wish.

      No there is no way to know anything is 100% legit, but if you do the work...Read all the back posts, maybe start with the keystone articles. Do your research. decide for yourself if his narrative fits with what you see going on in the world.

    Někteří stále nechápou, že lidský svět není jediným světem v tomto čase a prostoru. Mnohé další tento obklopují, mnohé prolínají a další se s tímto propojují. Rozpad času, tak jak je vnímán, již probíhá. Osud stále působí na lidské životy, je zde však i síla vyšších dimenzí, která vede ke spojení se svou pravou podstatou, jejímu projevení. Čas tedy pro lidské bytosti stále ubíhá. Avšak často se hroutí do sebe a rozpíná, což není možné vnímat z pohledu nižšího. Proto je to pro mnohé jen informace. Vy potřebujete toto sdělení: „Lidé, nepotřebujete již žádné berličky k tomu, abyste v životě uspěli. Mění se nejen vše kolem vás, současně probíhají změny na všech úrovních, též způsoby léčení, učení, vnímání a následně reakcí na změny. Negativní osoby se též probouzejí do svých emotivních stavů. A proto zde vznikají mnohé konfrontace, ze kterých lze odejít pouze pochopením a vzdáním se jakýchkoli emocí. Stává se, že často nechápete znamení, která jsou vám ukazována. Máte však možnost neustále být ve spojení se svými průvodci. V tomto čase se Zemi přitíží a ona se opět probudí, extrémními změnami si bude procházet ze dne na den. Extrémní však budou i změny v lidské společnosti. Nejde o to, vyvolat obavy. Jen upozornit na neudržitelnost čehosi, co je již součástí minulosti. Tento svět dostane jinou podobu. Budete zpočátku nemile překvapeni, avšak časem budete děkovat. Stáváte se součástí změn, jste těmi změnami. Znáte rčení, jak nahoře, tak i dole? V novém roce sklidíte ovoce svého snažení. A mnozí budou muset projevit více síly, aby dokázali prosadit sami sebe. Není potřeba obav, je potřeba odvahy, je potřeba lásky. Nemějte v mysli nic, co by vás mohlo ohrožovat. Vyplňte mysl tím, co vás uspokojuje, co vám dodává radosti a naplnění. Neboť stále silněji dokáží vaše myšlenky tvořit vaši budoucnost. Stáváte se tvůrci, stáváte se těmi, kteří své životy tvoří vědomě. Toto je proces a vy stojíte na jeho začátku, neboť dosud jste byli svými životy pouze zmítáni. Čím lépe toto budete chápat, tím spíše budete prožívat radost a štěstí. Buďte s láskou ve svých srdcích a odpusťte si. Neboť toto vás zbaví mnohých omezení.“
