Alert Meditation Update

According to Cobra, since the situation has improved a little bit, we can revert the Alert Meditation to once a day at 3 PM GMT, instead of 4 PM GMT as before. This change will allow people in Asia to participate in this meditation more easily.

Therefore, the time for the Natural and Man-made Disasters Meditation will be changed to 4 PM GMT.
