New Emergency Meditation Focus: Hurricane Lorenzo

Hurricane Lorenzo is currently a Category 1 storm, located about 220 miles northeast of the Azores. It is approaching western Europe and is forecast to directly hit the British Isles in the next two days.

Hurricane Lorenzo became a Category 5 storm last Saturday, before some weakening on Sunday and Monday. Then on Wednesday, it passed the Azores as a Category 1 storm, bringing heavy rain, powerful winds, and high waves to the archipelago.

It is also an extremely large storm. Hurricane-force winds extend outward about 150 miles from its center, while tropical-storm-force winds extend outward about 390 miles. Swells generated by Hurricane Lorenzo are even being felt along the eastern coast of the United States, Canada, and the Bahamas.

Now, Hurricane Lorenzo is forecast to move towards the west of British Isles, with Ireland, Northern Ireland and coastal locations of western Wales being the most affected areas. It is expected to make landfall in Ireland or Northern Ireland as a powerful post-tropical storm with hurricane-force wind gusts by early Thursday night local time. Powerful winds may then result in widespread tree damage and power cuts, while heavy rain will result in flooding in certain local areas.

1. Use your own technique to bring you to a relaxed state of consciousness.

2. State your intent to use this meditation as a tool to speed up the process of dissolving Hurricane Lorenzo.

3. Visualize a pillar of Light emanating from the Galactic Central Sun, then going through all beings of Light inside our Solar System and then through your body to the center of the Earth. Visualize another pillar of Light rising from the center of the Earth, then up through your body and upwards into the sky towards all beings of Light in our Solar System and our galaxy. You are now sitting in two pillars of Light, the Light flowing both upwards and downwards simultaneously. Keep these pillars of Light active for a few minutes.

4. Now visualize a soft pink light dissolving Hurricane Lorenzo, making it harmless. Visualize this soft pink light protecting all people and their property in the cyclone path. Visualize this situation resolving in the most positive way possible.

You can use this guided audio for the above meditation, but replacing the word "Hurricane Irma" with "Hurricane Lorenzo" in steps 2 and 4 when you do the visualizations.
